334

Day 334:

Today was a nice little relaxing day. We cleaned the house, did some grocery shopping and headed to Pam's. We were gonna be awhile so we thought we would take Luna on a little adventure.
She played with Pam's knitting needles, and also had a few cat naps while David watched football and Pam taught me to make "Scouse" which is a Liverpool dish. Also taught me how to make some mediterranean tartlets from scratch.
Scouse consists of swede, potatoes, lamb, carrots, shallots, celery and I think one more thing?
The tartlets have egg, roasted peppers, artichoke, sundried tomatoes and black olives.
Thought I would start making the tartlets on a Sunday or midweek for David and I's lunch.

Also if you haven't heard from Facebook... I will be going blonde on Thursday and actually thinking my hair is getting pretty long. I never ever thought I'd say that. I thought I'd be dying for it to grow.

Had an apple a minute ago and thought the seeds looked like hearts. Speaking of hearts, David and Luna make mine melt. Look how adorable they are.

Well that's my day in instagrams. Off to Skype with my ever so missed Mommy dearest.

Toodaloo hope you've had a lovely weekend.

I'm a former Arkansan who followed her heart to England. I began blogging to keep my family and friends back home up to date with my life and wedding preparations. Now I plan to explore further into the blogging of projects, inspirations, aspirations and just a look into my life. I am a photographer who is also trying to break through in this fast paced demanding world of photography. I love taking pictures, diying, blogging, running, baking and cooking getting caught in a good book and music that touches the soul. Thanks for stopping by.
